Meet the JOYEE Spa leadership team who lead the day to day operations as well as striving to achieve the vision. This newly created leadership team has a huge wealth of experience from a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail and travel.

Ricky

Managing Director

Ricky incorporated JOYEE Spa in 2002. He is committed to creating an industry-leading manufacturer of premium quality SPA hot tub. His role is to continue to grow the company to meet the vision of becoming the leading hot tub distributor in the world whilst offering exceptional service to our customers and building the culture of the team.

Thomas

Sale Director

Thomas started working in the delivery team at Superior Spas in 2011 before taking time out to go travelling. He returned in 2014 and worked in retail sales. Thomas project managed building the brand JOYEE Spa in 2016 and became Sales Director in 2017. He has worked in a wide range of departments at jOYEE Spa and plays a key role in the company’s culture.

Yuki

Financial Director

Yuki joined the team in 2021. A Loughborough University graduate, Yuki began her career with Deloitte, training as a chartered accountant before moving to the Corporate Finance practice. This was followed by senior financial leadership roles in businesses across a broad range of sectors, and has hands-on experience of both private equity and privately-owned companies.

Cassie

Head of HR

Cassie joined JOYEE Spa in January 2020. Her background is a recruitment consultant as well as having extensive HR management experience. Cassie’s role is to recruit and retain the best talent to assist the company through growth and transformation. Cassie is also embedding and growing our company core values plus improving team engagement.

Christine

Head of Operations

Christine joined the JOYEE Spa in 2019 to help manage and develop our partner networks throughout Europe. As an industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience, Christine brings extensive knowledge of the industry along with many years’ experience of developing brand networks and building better relationships with partners.

Irene

Sales Manager

Irene joined JOYEE Spa in July 2018, she hold a position Head of Marketing and Sales. Irene has extensive experience in all areas of marketing including brand, direct marketing, loyalty, customer research and ecommerce. Irene’s role is to lead the marketing and brand strategy, to help transform and grow the business.

Mia

Sales Manager

Mia was involved in the start-up of JOYEE Spa and joined full time in 2017. She previously formed and operated an established business and has extensive experience in sales and customer service. Mia’s current role is leading the retail sales team.

Wendy

Head of Retail

Wendy joined in 2013, initially working as part of the delivery team. Eager to be a key part of the growth and future of the business, Wendy soon progressed in his role to Logistics Manager. Wendy is responsible for managing our Logistics team. Their key focus is to strategically coordinate customer deliveries across the USA and Europe, manage the import and export of goods and containers and oversee stock levels through our bespoke CRM system.

Jerry

Product Designer

Jerry joined JOYEE Spa in November 2020. He has extensive product design experience including eight years at Sanitary Ware Industries. Jerry’s role is to ensure smooth running of our design division as well as creating efficiencies and leading improvement projects. The products he designs provide Joyee spa customers with more diversified product choices and more thoughtful designs. He is one of the souls who make customers fall in love with the JOYEE Spa.

Jack

After Sales Manager

Jack joined the JOYEE Spa team in May 2021 and manages our team of technical support advisors, customer service advisors and technicians. Jack has over 20 years experience in the wellness and spa retail. Has a strong sense of service and leads the after-sales team patiently Solve various questions of customers.
