Q Mass production time and conditions of payment
A Normally within 30 to 45 days after receiving T/T deposit. When you send us inquiry, we will quote you and confim with you the trading method, EXW, FOB,CIF,CNF, DDU or other methods. In mass production we usually support 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payment before shipping. Most of the payment methods are T/T.

Q How many sets can fit in a container?
A About outdoor hot tub: 5-7 sets in a 20GP, 12-14 sets in a 40HQ. About swimming spa pool: 1 set in a 20GP, 1-2 sets in a 40HQ.

Q Product after-sales service scope and service period
A Product Warranty: 7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.
Free Spare Parts: We will analyze the problem based on the after-sales pictures and videos you sent, as well as the corresponding product number, and avoid recurrence in a timely manner. If it is judged that the spare parts were not damaged intentionally, we will provide you with new free spare parts.
