Make a Hot Tub | Raw materials for a Hot Tub - JOYEE

We all know that outdoor spa hot tubs originated in the USA, but there are now many hot tub manufacturers in China. The quality and price varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. Therefore, the material used to make the hot tub is very important.

Here's a guide to JOYEE's hot tub ingredients.

1.USA Import Acrylic

The shell is an essential part of the hot tub. JOYEE Spa in China do not compromise and exclusively use top quality acrylic from Aristech in the USA. 

The important thing is: a durable, beautiful and easy to clean spa surface.

When you use Chinese acrylic hot tubs and bathtubs for two or three years, it can easily turn yellow, fade, crack and blister.

Therefore, we do not recommend acrylic made in China. However, to save money, many hot tub manufacturers will use Chinese acrylic instead of American acrylic. They won't tell you it's Chinese acrylic either.

2.High Quality Spa Insulation

Our standard use 25mm thick skirting insulation and 18-20mm thick hot tub insulation. In some extremely cold northern European regions, such as Norway, Sweden and Denmark etc, we will add the insulation in the base, and thickening the hot tub insulation from 20mm to 40mm. The good insulation foam can help your spa work well in the Nordic winter and save more energy.

3.Stainless Steel Frame  & No Leaking Plumbing

We use high quality Stainless Steel  frame to support the hot tub, which will  make the spa more stronger. We use ball valves for every pump. Clients no  need to drain all the spa water in case the pump  got problem. We fifix the pipes with imported blue glue and then  tighten with the stainless steel clamp.  It has double security to avoid any minor leaking.

5.High Quality Hot Tub Base

We use high quality hot tub ABS base, It has  waterproof, insect and moth proof functions to better protect the spa.  In some extremely cold northern European regions, we canadd the base insulation to keep the water warm.
