How do you charge for OEM services?
Our OEM service fees will be determined based on specific projects. However, for distributor partners with sufficient order volume, we are more than willing to offer more favorable conditions in mold development and customized production. To ensure that the plan best meets your expectations, we recommend that you communicate directly with our sales representative to jointly explore the most suitable cooperation model.
How do you charge for the cost of developing molds?
The mold cost depends on the situation. For long-term cooperation or large order volume distributors, we can provide free development. Please consult your dedicated sales representative for details.

Do you have certificate for your hot tub?
Yes, we hold CE, SAA, RoHS, and ISO 9001:2008 certifications. Our CE certificate was tested and issued by TÜV Rheinland, while the SAA certification is accredited and issued by SGS.
How can I get the specific price for one product?
A best quotation will be given according to your specific requirement, such as model, quantity, function etc.
How long is your product warranty?
7 years for structure; 3 years on the spa shell, 2 years for electrical motor, control system and plumbing.
Regards to after sales service, would you supply the spare parts if broken?
First, to help us diagnose the issue and prevent recurrence, please share photos or videos of the problem. This will enable our technical team to resolve the issue and implement preventive measures.
Second, for spare parts damaged through non-manufacturer defects, we will provide free replacements along with remote technical support.
How about the Volt and Hz?
Generally we produce 220-240V/380V, 50/60Hz. For country-specific voltage (100-240V) and frequency (50/60 Hz) configuration, contact our sales specialists for certified compliance solutions.

How many sets can fit in a container?
About outdoor hot tub: 5-7 sets in a 20GP, 12-14 sets in a 40HQ. About indoor whirlpool: 12-15 sets in a 20GP, 21-27 sets in a 40HQ.
